APPLIQUE PATCHES

ABOUT THIS PROJECT: I have created over 1,000 custom applique patches in a process that begins with an image. I begin by designing the image into an exact vector rendering, first as a line file, then adding proper pantone colors including for highlights and shadows. I then draw the unique stitch pattern of the patch into the vector file, and finally create an additional file for the metal press diemaker. I have perfected this process with years of experience to make 3D objects into 2D graphics and patches.

MOLDED PLASTIC PRODUCTS

ABOUT THIS PROJECT: I have spent years perfecting my process of designing and assisting in the manufacturing of molded plastic products. The process includes the creation of dozens of detailed files and drawings to insure accuracy. These files include exact vector line drawings, pantone color matching, and top, bottom and side view diagrams for exact precision. This technique can be used to create countless consumer goods, and below is an example of the simplified process steps that I use to create them.

PACKAGING DESIGNS

ABOUT THIS PROJECT: Below is a sampling of packaging designs used in the pharmaceutical industry. Two packages include both a supplement bottle wrap label along with an outer box, and the third packaging example is for an eye dropper liquid supplement with an outer box in three differing colors for three health benefits. I have also designed shipping boxes and shopping bags and boxes shown in the branding section here.
